When do the charges show up in my account?

Payments processed may show up as pending on the same day until end of business.

I accidentally overpaid, can I get my money back?

In the event of a payment issue, please contact our office the Same Day of the transaction. Your money can be returned on the same day. If you inform us after the transaction date, it may take up to 3-7 business days to return funds.

Do I need to verbally speak to anyone to make a payment?

You do not have to verbally speak with anyone to make a payment, your name and reference id is all that is needed.

Can I make a partial payment even if I spoke to no one?

You are welcome to pay any amount that you can afford, without ever speaking to someone. If you have made payments and want to know what the current balance is, you can request so using our contact form.

Where can I find my Reference ID?

Reference ID’s are unique account identifier numbers and are located on all letter/e-mail correspondents. It usually starts with the number two (2), and is six (6) digits long.

How do I get my account information?

You can either call us and ask for an update on your account. If you prefer to do everything electronically, please use our contact form and select “Account Information” as a subject.

However you decide to contact and request account information, please be advised that verification is needed. You may need to state your First Name; Last Name; Last 4 SSN.
